Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management or clinical leadership.
• Associate degree or advanced certification, or enrolled in a comparable program.
• Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Passion for exceptional patient care and willingness to mentor others.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and schedule requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and other basic office tools.
• Optical or clinical experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach store team to meet clinical goals.
• Assist Brand Manager and Clinical Operations with daily operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty to support store goals.
• Drive sales while delivering outstanding patient service.
• Train Doctor Technicians on pre-testing, diagnostics and lens care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Ensure training, protocols and certifications are followed.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of diagnostic lenses.
