Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; associate degree may be preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience required; 4-6 years preferred.
• Experience in clinical office practices and confidential information handling.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint; data input/export.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Clinical Services area and directors.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and events, including facilities and meals.
• Prepare and distribute reports, materials, and correspondence; maintain data.
• Assist Front Desk Coordinator with reception operations and scheduling of clinical appointments.
