Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors; register and check-in; update demographics.
• Answer calls; relay messages; coordinate with referring offices.
• Perform check-out: collect co-pays, schedule visits, provide after-visit summaries.
• Monitor patient wait times; notify nurse/lead/manager as needed.
• Route mail; manage documents and supply distribution; track data.
• Manage referrals and medical records for new appointments.
• Schedule appointments as directed.
• Handle cash drawer; reconcile daily cash and deposits.
• Coordinate with insurance for pre-certifications as required.
• Use clinic software and systems; travel may be required.
