Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications.
• Prior clinical experience (shadowing/volunteering)
• Scribe or transcription experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Documenting patient encounters in a structured note with history, assessment, plan, and exam.
• Assigning CPT and ICD-10 codes and preparing After Visit Summaries.
• Administrative support and collaboration with care team to improve documentation.
