Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications.
• Prior clinical experience strongly preferred.
• Prior scribe or transcription experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Documenting patient encounters in a structured note with history, assessment and plan.
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes; prepare After Visit Summaries.
• Support daily huddles and clinical documentation reviews; improve documentation quality.
• Provide administrative support such as placing orders and referrals.
