Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications [required]
• Prior clinical experience preferred but not required
• Scribe or transcription experience helpful but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in a structured note with history, assessment, plan, and exam.
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes to encounters.
• Prepare After Visit Summaries for providers.
• Support care team with referrals, tasks, and documentation improvements
