Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications is required.
• Clinical experience including shadowing/volunteering is strongly preferred.
• Scribe or transcription experience is optional but beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in real time with structured notes.
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes for visits.
• Prepare after-visit summaries and support care gaps.
• Provide administrative support to care teams as needed.
