Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications; clinical experience preferred.
• Prior scribe or transcription experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent listening and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Documenting patient encounters in a structured note, including history, assessment, plan, and exam.
• Assigning appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes and preparing After Visit Summaries.
• Providing administrative support to the provider and care team; assisting with referrals and tasks.
