Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications.
• Prior clinical experience, including shadowing and/or volunteering, preferred.
• Scribe or transcription experience preferred but not required.

• Documenting patient encounters with structured notes (HPI, assessment, plan, exam).
• Assigning appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes.
• Preparing after-visit summaries and supporting clinical documentation improvements.
• Administrative support tasks for the care team.
