• Serve as liaison between patient, family and provider.
• Ensure correct billing/revenue processes in scheduling systems.
• Prepare, open and close provider schedules and manage daily changes.
• Train new hires and participate in ongoing training.
• Recognize emergencies and respond per SOPs.
• Support scheduling for research protocols when required.
