Job summary

Intuitive Surgical, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, seeks a Clinical Sales Representative to cover the Buffalo territory, remotely with on-site visits as needed to maximize da Vinci utilization. You will partner with clinicians and surgeons to drive adoption and deliver patient benefits.

Candidates must live in or relocate to the Buffalo area. Requires 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ in healthcare, willingness to travel up to 25%, and ability to work nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of the operating room environment preferred.
• Proven record of success in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilization.
• Mentor surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration and da Vinci Surgery applications.
• Be a da Vinci Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events that create system awareness and procedure adoption.
• Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each team to ensure unsupervised use of the system.
• Drive continuous expansion of the user base by working with KOLs.
• Drive the sales of instruments and accessories.
• Mentor new team members to high performance levels.
• Manage administrative tasks and sales activities, including expense reports.
