Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a detail-oriented Clerkship/Rotation Coordinator to manage clinical rotations for medical and PA students. You will ensure credentialing and onboarding compliance, organize orientations, and coordinate communications among clerkship teams and schools.

The role integrates annual master scheduling, handles add/drop updates, and supports evaluations and events. Strong organizational and IT skills with Zoom experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree; two years scheduling experience may substitute.
• One year experience in medical or academic scheduling.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills; familiar with Zoom and databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical rotations for medical students and trainees.
• Ensure credentialing and onboarding compliance.
• Facilitate orientation and access setup for students.
• Manage internal and external communication among stakeholders.
• Integrate academic schedules into the master schedule.
• Maintain add/drop changes and student database.
• Schedule elective rotations and exams; proctor as needed.
• Support evaluations and recruitment events.
• Arrange meeting rooms and catering as requested.
