Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1 year of related experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs; ability to learn additional software.
• Knowledge of ACGME requirements for residency programs is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Clerkship Program Director, medical students, and UMMS offices and departments.
• Coordinate and administer schedules for clerkships and rotations; manage evaluations.
• Prepare reports and confidential materials; assist in curriculum development.
• Assist in program accreditation documents and data collection.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate interview days as needed.
• Support department budget and administrative duties.
