Job summary

University Support Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Director, Clinical Education Operations to lead and oversee clinical rotation scheduling, credentialing systems, and education coordinators. You will ensure accurate scheduling, data integrity, and accreditation compliance to deliver high-quality clinical education experiences for medical students.

The role reports to the Director, Clinical Education Operations and requires strong leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare administration, education, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in clinical education, scheduling, or academic administration.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of clinical rotation programs including scheduling, site placement and reporting.
• Manage clinical education staff including coordinators and scheduling personnel; conduct performance evaluations.
• Direct scheduling activities for all clinical students and ensure accuracy for reporting and accreditation.
• Oversee clinical education data systems and reporting; develop reports for program evaluation and accreditation.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA and institutional policies; support accreditation and program review processes.
