Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a program coordinator to support day-to-day administrative activities for clinical research trial programs in Wisconsin. You will recruit, enroll, consent participants, coordinate protocols, and maintain program databases.

You will work with investigators to ensure timely reporting and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes data management, scheduling, sample coordination, and collaboration with internal teams to advance research goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• CITI training within 90 days of hire.
• Strong data management, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, enroll and obtain consent from program participants.
• Coordinate research protocols including arranging appointments and procedures.
• Maintain contact with study participants and collaborate with other departments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive databases and files for the program.
• Monitor budgets and assist with program materials, outreach, and reporting.
• Prepare IRB documents and reports; ensure regulatory compliance.
