Job summary

Allina Health in Minnesota seeks a Research Coordinator to manage clinical studies at St. Francis Regional Medical Center with shifts across Abbott Northwestern Hospital and United Hospital.

Under supervision, you ensure patient care aligns with study protocols, coordinate enrollment, consent, data collection, and training for staff; maintain drug accountability and safety monitoring per protocol.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Licenses/Certifications RN - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current BLS certification from the American Red Cross
• Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)
• CITI Program Certification to be completed within 180 days of hire
• Certification in nursing specialty preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care in accordance with research protocol and regulatory requirements.
• Provide protocol-specific education to investigators, nurses, pharmacy staff and others supporting study protocol.
• Coordinate patient care throughout the research study and follow-up period, ensuring compliance.
• Conduct safety monitoring and clinical care per protocol.
• Maintain study drug accountability and logs.
