Allina Health is seeking a nurse supervisor in Minnesota to lead day-to-day clinical coordination on the unit. You will supervise staff, support hiring, onboard new hires, and mentor team members while ensuring safe patient care and compliance with policies.

Qualified candidates hold a nursing degree and RN licensure with 3–7 years inpatient experience; MN or WI licensure as required. The role offers a daytime shift and 40 hours weekly across Abbott Northwestern Hospital sites.

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent; active BSN/BAN progression.
• 3–7 years of inpatient hospital nursing experience.
• RN licensure required for MN or WI as applicable.

• Supervise and evaluate employee performance.

• Onboard, orient and coach staff; provide ongoing mentorship.
• Coordinate unit staffing and assign tasks based on census and acuity.
• Maintain open communication with the Patient Care Manager.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety procedures.
