Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a Program Administrative Specialist to support day-to-day activities of the clinical research trials program. You will recruit, screen, enroll, and obtain consent from participants across clinics within Froedtert Health and community settings, coordinating training and maintaining engagement with study participants.

You will assist in protocol coordination, data collection and reporting, and ensuring IRB compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• CITI training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, enroll and obtain consent from program participants across primary care and specialty clinics; coordinate training for participants.
• Coordinate research protocols including arranging appointments and procedures, collaborating with departments, and maintaining contact with study participants.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data; report progress to stakeholders.
• Identify problems or obstacles in the system related to protocol implementation and communicate with investigators.
• Ensure compliance with IRB and regulatory requirements.
