Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support the clinical research trials program. This role will partner with the Principal Investigator and multiple departments to ensure timely enrollment, data handling, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating participant activities, maintaining study databases, and assisting with IRB submissions and reporting.

Qualifications

• Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.
• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree
• Minimum Required Experience: 2 years
• Required Certification/Licensure(s): CITI training within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, enroll and obtain consent from program participants across primary care and specialty clinics within the Froedtert Health system and community.
• Coordinate research protocols including arranging necessary appointments and procedures, working collaboratively with other departments and institutions, and maintaining contact with study participants.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data. Report program data and progress to program stakeholders.
• Identify problems or obstacles in the system/procedures related to implementation of the research protocols and communicate to the study investigators.
• Assure compliance with all relevant IRB and other regulatory agency requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of IRB submissions, documents and reports. Assist in the evaluation and writing of research protocols.
• Collaborate on the development of program materials including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.
