Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. seeks an administrative professional to support the clinical research trials program in Milwaukee. You will help the team achieve program goals and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across study sites.

You will work with Principal Investigators, coordinate protocols, maintain study databases, collect and disseminate data, and assist with IRB documents and regulatory training. Compliance with IRB, HIPAA and GCP is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum required education: Associate's Degree.
• Minimum required experience: 1 year.
• Must have CITI and GCP training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Screen, recruit, enroll and obtain consent from study participants。
• Coordinate research protocols and maintain contact with study participants and study sites。
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate study data and report progress to stakeholders；
• Assist in preparation of IRB documents and regulatory reports；
