Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a motivated administrative professional to support the clinical research trials program.

You will recruit and consent participants, coordinate training, and work with multiple departments to ensure smooth study operations. Responsibilities include data collection and analysis, reporting to stakeholders, maintaining study materials and databases, and ensuring IRB and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• CITI training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, enroll and obtain consent from program participants.
• Coordinate training for program participants.
• Coordinate research protocols including arranging appointments and procedures with other departments and institutions.
• Maintain contact with study participants and follow up as needed.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data.
• Report program data and progress to program stakeholders.
• Identify problems or obstacles in the system and communicate with investigators.
• Ensure compliance with IRB and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in IRB document preparation and protocol writing.
• Collaborate on program materials and reports.
• Maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program.
• Track program deadlines and timelines.
• Coordinate outreach activities and liaise with community organizations.
