Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; experience may be substituted on a one-to-one basis.
• 1 year of relevant work experience in clinical research or similar setting.
• CITI training completed within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, enroll and obtain consent from program participants.
• Coordinate research protocols, arrange appointments, and maintain contact with participants.
• Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with IRB and regulatory requirements; assist in IRB document preparation.
• Develop program materials, databases, and files; maintain project timelines.
• Support outreach activities and act as liaison with community organizations.
