The Clinical Trials Institute (CTI) at University of Wisconsin–Madison has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Research Coordinator I. This full-time, on-site position supports the execution of research protocols, participant screening, and data integrity in a multi-disciplinary team.

The role requires a compassionate communicator with strong customer service and the ability to extend hours, including evenings or weekends when needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with physicians, coordinators, sponsors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Ability to travel between multiple work sites with dependable transportation.
• Current ACRP or SoCRA certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsabilités

• Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives within the CTI.
• Develop and optimize workflows; adapt to evolving environments.
• Reconcile research billing and invoices with CTI’s financial team.
• Create clinical research documents, tools, and training materials.
• Contribute to protocol development and staff training.
