Job summary

The Clinical Trials Institute (CTI) at University of Wisconsin–Madison invites applications for a Clinical Research Coordinator I. This on-site role supports patient-facing research, ensures protocol adherence, and contributes to data integrity in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications

Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and aligned practices.
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Participate in quality and process improvement within the CTI and help develop new workflows.
Reconcile research billing, payments, and invoices with CTI financial specialists.
Develop clinical research documents and training materials; contribute to protocol development.
May assist with training staff.
Recruit and screen participants, determine eligibility, enroll subject following supervision.
Serve as initial contact for participants and staff; explain procedures and expectations.
Schedule logistics, determine workflows, secure resources for trials.
Manage data and samples per protocols; ensure quality checks.
