Job summary

Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee seeks a Program Coordinator to perform the day-to-day administrative activities of clinical research trial programs, support the team to achieve program goals, and assist with patient recruitment, training, and staff supervision while managing the program budget.

The position mainly runs on a second shift (4:00 PM–12:00 PM, Monday–Friday) with occasional overnight or weekend coverage as study needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant program experience.
• CITI training within 90 days of hire mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, enroll and obtain consent from participants.
• Coordinate research protocols and appointments with departments.
• Collect, analyze and disseminate study data and maintain databases.
• Ensure compliance with IRB and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare IRB documents and write research protocols with investigators.
• Coordinate outreach and maintain program timelines and budgets.
