About the Role

InStride Health is looking for a Clinical Recruiter who will play an integral role in our success. Partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and clinical leaders, you will support full-cycle clinician recruiting efforts to help grow our team of Coaches, Therapists, and Psychiatrists.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, source, and recruit clinical candidates to meet hiring needs across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Guide candidates through every step of InStride’s recruiting process, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with clinical leaders to define ideal candidate profiles and ensure alignment on hiring goals.
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top clinical talent.
  • Develop and refine outreach campaigns to nurture potential candidates.
  • Support and strengthen external talent partnerships to expand candidate pools.
  • Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to the recruiting team.
  • Deliver regular updates and reports on critical roles and candidate pipelines.
  • Maintain meticulous candidate records and progress notes.
  • Support additional recruiting and people operations initiatives.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally within clinical or healthcare fields.
  • Proven aptitude for creativity in sourcing candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
  • Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Ability to drive a thoughtful candidate experience.
  • Understanding of the mental health talent landscape or willingness to learn.
  • Data-driven and comfortable with managing a high volume talent acquisition pipeline.
  • Strong project management skills.
