Job summary

TEEMA Group seeks a Medical Program Assistant Associate (MPAA) to join our Health Service Unit in Oshkosh, WI. You will coordinate patient scheduling, help manage medical records, and support clinical staff and administrators in delivering timely care and patient advocacy.

The role requires at least 1 year of scheduling experience in a clinical setting or CNA/MA background, plus BLS certification and AED training.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of patient scheduling experience in a clinical setting OR CNA/MA experience.
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • High data-entry accuracy with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication across teams.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association and AED training.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient appointments and program schedules to support efficient clinical workflows.
  • Manage secure organization, updating, and archiving of medical records.
  • Prepare and distribute administrative correspondence across the unit.
  • Facilitate accurate release of medical information with patient privacy compliance.
  • Keep databases up-to-date and provide data for governance reporting.
  • Provide first response support with BLS until advanced care arrives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
