Zusammenfassung

Health Connect America is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator to lead both clinical and operational aspects of our programs. You will mentor team members, promote best practices, and ensure quality service delivery across the team.

Work closely with Program Directors, clinicians, and community partners to maintain compliance, support admissions and scheduling, and drive program growth while supporting licensure supervision where applicable.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.

Aufgaben

• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members while modeling best practices in service delivery, documentation, and professional conduct.
• Support treatment planning, care coordination, and clinical compliance activities by reviewing documentation, participating in treatment team meetings, and promoting quality standards.
• Assist with program operations including admissions, service authorizations, scheduling, staff training, referral management, customer relations, and documentation compliance.
• Partner with leadership on recruitment, hiring, onboarding, staff development, strategic planning, and program growth initiatives.
• Support regulatory readiness through chart audits, quality reviews, accreditation activities, and compliance with organizational, payer, and state requirements.
• Provide direct clinical services when needed and, when applicable, offer licensure supervision and support to clinicians pursuing professional licensure.
