Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Clinical Program Coordinator in Alabama to drive clinical leadership within our programs and support operations that improve outcomes for clients and families. You will mentor staff, ensure quality care, and coordinate services across treatment teams.

The role requires a Master’s in a behavioral health field, state licensure or eligibility, and strong knowledge of documentation and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology and licensure or license eligibility as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members while modeling best practices in service delivery, documentation, and professional conduct.
• Support treatment planning, care coordination, and clinical compliance activities by reviewing documentation and participating in treatment team meetings.
• Assist with program operations including admissions, service authorizations, scheduling, staff training, referral management, and documentation compliance.
• Partner with leadership on recruitment, onboarding, staff development, strategic planning, and program growth initiatives.
• Support regulatory readiness through chart audits, quality reviews, accreditation activities, and compliance with requirements.
• Provide direct clinical services when needed and supervise clinicians pursuing licensure when applicable.
