Job summary

The Providence Center Clinical Program Manager I ACT I Harmony Team (CCBHC) oversees daily program operations and provides administrative and clinical supervision to ensure high‑quality, evidence‑based service delivery. They manage staff performance, scheduling, training, development, and monitoring of caseloads, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in behavioral health in a community support setting.
• RI licensure required: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC-A, LMFT, LMFT-A, LCDP.
• Must have valid driver's license, registration, current inspection and insured automobile.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, and ability to interpret reports.
• Experience with evidence-based therapies and standardized tools such as PHQ-9, C-SSRS, etc.
• Ability to provide leadership as well as clinical and administrative supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily team operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision, including routine supervisory sessions monthly.
• Ensure compliance with agency standards, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practices.
• Develop and adjust staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor caseloads, documentation quality, service delivery standards, and staff productivity.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and communicate key updates.
• Oversee clinical assessments, treatment planning, and overall client care delivery.
• Complete required reports, approve timesheets, and support billing and productivity oversight.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to ethical and organizational policies.
• Attend trainings and case presentations to maintain licensure/certification.
