Job summary

The Providence Center, part of Care New England, is seeking a Clinical Program Manager I ACT I Harmony Team to oversee daily operations and provide administrative and clinical supervision to ensure evidence-based service delivery.

You will manage staff performance, scheduling, training, and development while monitoring caseloads, documentation, and regulatory compliance, working with multidisciplinary teams and community partners to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in behavioral health community settings.
• Experience in program management with assertive community treatment or similar teams.
• RI licensure required and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lead and supervise clinically and administratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel; report interpretation.
• Experience with PHQ-9, C-SSRS and other standard tools.
• Strong crisis assessment, risk management and de-escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily team operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision, including monthly sessions.
• Ensure compliance with agency standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and adjust staff schedules for adequate coverage.
• Monitor caseloads, documentation quality, and staff productivity.
• Lead team meetings and communicate key updates.
• Address client and staff concerns with follow-up as needed.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with HR on disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Oversee clinical assessments, treatment planning, and client care delivery.
• Ensure accurate documentation and conduct clinical record audits.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk-management support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
• Participate in program development and quality improvement.
• Serve as clinical backup in absence of other supervisory staff.
• Complete required reports, approve timesheets, and support billing.
• Maintain confidentiality and adherence to policies.
