Job summary

The Providence Center is seeking an Assistant Manager I for the ACT Harmony Team (CCBHC) in Rhode Island. This role supports daily operations, supervises staff, manages scheduling, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with program and regulatory standards to sustain quality of care.

You will provide leadership and perform direct service when needed, collaborate with Emergency Services and community partners, and contribute to recovery-oriented client supports across settings as part of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience with behavioral health in community settings is preferred.
• RI licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Manager with daily operations and workflow management.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and productivity oversight.
• Lead morning and clinical meetings in Manager's absence.
• Supervise staff and support training and onboarding.
• Support crisis intervention, risk assessments, and service coordination.
• Complete client intakes and plans of care.
