Job summary

Harmony Health Group is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee the Clinical department, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and scheduling. You will develop strategies for program growth and provide clinical training to staff and interns while maintaining a positive attitude toward the organization’s success.

Responsibilities include ensuring contract compliance, leading quality assurance across the department, and coordinating with other teams for strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field is required.
• Must be licensed (Psychologist/LMHC/LCSW/LMFT/LCDC or equivalent) in the practice state.
• 3+ years of substance abuse program management and staff supervision experience.
• Ability to work as a team member with strong management, communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and HIPAA laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the Clinical department including hiring, supervision, evaluation and scheduling.
• Develop and implement strategies for program continuation and growth.
• Provide clinical training to staff and interns; lead daily staff briefings.
• Ensure contract compliance and quality assurance across programs.
• Coordinate with other departments and participate in strategic planning.
• Recruit clinical interns and build relationships with graduate programs.
• Supervise clinical staff and manage professional development.
