Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO seeks a Clinical Director for our Detox and Residential program to lead clinical operations and preserve high-quality care. The role oversees day-to-day clinical leadership, program execution, and a compassionate team environment that supports clients through recovery.

Ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree, Colorado licensure (LPC/LAC/LCSW/LMFT), and has significant supervisory experience in clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred.
• 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Colorado (LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMFT).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function.
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap.
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team with oversight and development.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, fostering a warm, recovery-oriented atmosphere.
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary.

Now Hiring a Clinical Director for our Detox and Residential treatment facility, in Ft. Collins, CO.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery - oriented atmosphere
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients preferred
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Colorado-LPC, LAC, LCSW, LMFT
