Avenues Recovery Center at Lake Ariel, PA invites a Clinical Director to lead detox and residential programs within our Lake Ariel facility. You will provide daily clinical leadership, supervise staff, ensure program fidelity, and maintain high-quality client care in a recovery-focused environment.

We seek a master's-level clinician with extensive supervisory experience and current licensure to practice as Clinical Director.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential settings preferred.
• 3 years' experience with chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to the facility.
• Ensure full execution of the clinical program roadmap.
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled clinical treatment team with oversight.
• Oversee client engagement and morale in a recovery-focused atmosphere.
• Ensure timely client documentation and collaborate with Utilization Review.

Now Hiring a Clinical Director for our Detox and Residential treatment facility, in Lake Ariel, PA!

What You'll Do

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery - oriented atmosphere
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
