Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center at Lake Ariel is seeking a Clinical Director to provide daily clinical leadership for detox and residential services. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensure execution of the clinical roadmap, and maintain high-quality patient care in a warm, recovery-focused environment.

The role requires strong supervisory experience and licensure; you will guide clinical operations, documentation, and collaboration with utilization review to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

What You'll Do
