Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center Fort Wayne is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor for its Detox and Residential facility. You will support the Clinical Director, oversee daily clinical operations, and help maintain a warm, recovery-focused environment.

The role requires a Master's degree or higher and licensure to practice in Indiana, plus experience with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients. Strong organization, communication, and compassionate leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in related field preferred.
• 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred.
• Current licensure necessary to practice in Indiana for this role - LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
