Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree, 5 years of supervisory work in similar settings, and Indiana licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT). On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in a related field is preferred.
• 5 years of supervisory experience in hospital/residential settings preferred.
• 3 years of experience with chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure to practice as Clinical Director in Indiana (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary.

What You'll Do

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
