Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in South Bend, IN, seeks a Clinical Director to provide daily clinical leadership for our detox and residential facility. You will supervise the clinical team, ensure adherence to our program roadmap, and foster a warm, recovery-focused atmosphere for clients.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree, 5 years of supervisory experience in hospital settings, 3 years in chemical dependency, and current Indiana licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred.
• 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Indiana (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function.
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap.
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere.
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary.

What You'll Do
