Job summary

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking an experienced administrator to coordinate physician practice operations. You will handle payroll, HR tasks, calendars, scheduling, and reporting while supporting efficient, high-quality patient care.

The role requires at least two years in an administrative or office management setting, and a Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field. Experience with EMRs is preferred and a strong service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in administrative or office management role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Performs and/or supervises physician practice administrative duties such as payroll, HR processes and paperwork, calendars, scheduling, reports and updating tools.
• Reviews provider/customer requests via EPIC inbox, e-mails, phone calls and other admin channels.
• Monitors practice operations workflow including no-show rates, scheduling disruptions, and resource utilization.
• Supports process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient care.
• Maintains provider and resource schedules and coordinates meetings or events as needed.
