Endeavor Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Seven Bridges Fitness Center in Woodridge, IL. This full-time role requires licensure in Illinois, a PT degree, and 2 years of experience for PT II, with flexible scheduling and patient-focused care.

You'll provide direct PT services, develop treatment plans, and stay current with new techniques while mentoring new grads through our residency programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Illinois licensure required.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR certification required.
• For PT II: minimum 2 years work experience.
• For PT I: open to 0–2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct physical therapy services to patients and develops treatment plans.
• Evaluates patient status and implements programs to address movement dysfunction.
• Educates patients to engage in their own care and maintains up-to-date clinical knowledge.
• Maintains clinical reasoning to achieve expected outcomes.
