Job summary

Essentia Health's Superior Clinic is seeking a licensed pharmacist for a part-time role (0.1 FTE) with weekend rotation. The pharmacist will interpret, dispense and monitor medications, provide immunizations, and support clinical initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include staff and student training, supervision of technicians and interns, inventory control, billing, monthly audits, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (BS or PharmD degree required)
• Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist by the Board of Pharmacy in WI or MN; must obtain WI licensure within 90 days of hire
• BLS certification within one week of hire
• Immunization Delivery Certification required at time of hire

Responsibilities

• Interpret, dispense and monitor medications to provide quality pharmaceutical services
• Provide immunizations and support clinical initiatives
• Train new staff and pharmacy students; supervise technicians and interns
• Maintain inventory, handle cash, and support billing and audits
