Qualifications

• BS or PharmD degree from ACPE-accredited college required.
• Licensed Pharmacist in Minnesota or Wisconsin; intern licensure acceptable with 90-day licensure goal.
• BLS certification within one week of hire; Immunization Delivery Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret, dispense and monitor medications to optimize therapy and patient outcomes.
• Train new staff and supervise pharmacy technicians and interns; participate in audits and monthly reviews.
• Inventory control, billing, record keeping, and other duties to ensure pharmacy performance.
