Job summary

BlinkRx Pharmacist position at BlinkRx's closed-door fulfillment facility. You verify prescriptions, counsel patients by phone, and collaborate with prescribers to keep medications moving safely and efficiently.

We seek a Doctor of Pharmacy with an active license in your state and ideally in multiple states; experience in high-volume verification and a strong command of English (Spanish preferred). This full-time, 40-hour weekly role includes shift coverage Mon-Fri with rotating Saturdays, and

Qualifications

• PharmD degree and active pharmacist license.
• Strong command of English (written and spoken).
• Spanish language ability is preferred for bilingual patient counseling.
• Experience performing high-volume prescription verification with accuracy.
• Proficient with pharmacy management systems and verification platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review and clinically verify prescriptions for safety and accuracy.
• Validate data entry performed by technicians for accuracy.
• Perform pharmacist verification in a closed-door fulfillment environment.
• Conduct daily DUR to identify and resolve clinical flags.
• Manage specialty medication handling, including cold-chain requirements.
• Provide outbound patient counseling and address drug education and adherence.
• Collaborate with prescribers to clarify orders and optimize therapies.
• Supervise technicians and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain HIPAA and PHI handling standards; support QA activities.
