Job summary

Blink Health is recruiting a Pharmacist for its BlinkRx closed-door fulfillment facility in the United States. The role emphasizes rapid, accurate prescription verification, proactive patient counseling, and close collaboration with prescribers to keep medications moving safely and efficiently.

As the clinical backbone, you will supervise technicians, ensure HIPAA and DEA compliance, and support bilingual counseling where applicable.

Qualifications

• PharmD from ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacy License in good standing with your state Board of Pharmacy AND Idaho Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong command of the English language; bilingual Spanish preferred for phone-based patient counseling.
• Experience performing high-volume prescription verification with accuracy.
• Experience with pharmacy management systems and verification platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review and clinically verify new and refill prescriptions for safety and dosing accuracy.
• Validate data entry by pharmacy technicians and ensure transcription accuracy.
• Perform pharmacist verification of filled prescriptions in a closed-door fulfillment environment.
• Conduct daily prospective drug utilization reviews (DUR) to resolve clinical flags before fulfillment.
• Supervise technicians and ensure compliance with state board regulations.
• Collaborate with prescribers to clarify incomplete or ambiguous prescriptions and propose formulary alternatives.
