Zusammenfassung

CVS Health’s Omnicare unit seeks a licensed pharmacist to ensure regulatory compliance and perform clinical reviews for long-term care facilities. You will drive program adoption, use MRR/MDS tools, and collaborate across sales, operations and leadership to meet facility goals.

The role requires Georgia licensure, 3 years of clinical experience, and long-term care exposure, with immunization certification and geriatrics interest as advantages; Macon region preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Resident of Macon, GA area or surrounding region.
• Active Georgia pharmacist license in good standing.
• 3 years clinical pharmacy experience.
• 1 year long-term care pharmacy experience.
• Immunization certification or willingness to obtain.
• Geriatrics/gerontology certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Ensure facilities stay compliant with federal regulations.
• Complete clinical reviews as required by regulation.
• Own issue resolution and communicate early warning signs.
• Drive adoption of Omnicare programs and services.
• Promote growth using existing customer relationships.
• Conduct Executive Reviews and customer meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with Management, Sales, Operations and other functions.
• Perform Medication Regimen Reviews (MRR) and document reports.
• Use MDS 3.0 tools to identify targeted residents.
• Educate facility staff on new programs and requirements.

Georgia Pharmacist license

BS in Pharmacy or PharmD

Florida Pharmacist license (preferred)
