Job summary

Omnicare, a CVS Health affiliate, seeks a licensed pharmacist to support long-term care facilities in Georgia. This full-time role requires residency in Macon or surrounding areas and a Georgia license in good standing.

You will perform medication reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive program adoption across facilities. The position uses OSC2OR on-site, MDS 3.0 assessments, and monthly consultant reports.

Qualifications

• Reside in Macon, GA or surrounding area.
• Active Georgia pharmacist license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities remain compliant with federal regulations.
• Perform Medication Regimen Reviews (MRR) as required by regulation or contract.
• Complete clinical reviews and document responses to recommendations.
• Educate facility staff on new programs and requirements.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Operations and other functions to meet site goals.
• Spend appropriate time on each resident's review based on clinical needs.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
