Job summary

Omnicare, a CVS Health company, seeks a licensed Pharmacist in the Macon, GA area to support long-term care facilities and managed care programs. This full-time role requires strong regulatory compliance, clinical review, and collaboration with facility staff to optimize resident care.

You will perform Medication Regimen Reviews, use OSC2OR and MDS 3.0 tools, and educate facility teams on new programs. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• Resident in Macon, GA or surrounding area
• Active Georgia pharmacist license in good standing
• Florida license preferred
• 3 years of clinical pharmacy experience
• 1 year of long-term care pharmacy experience
• Immunization certification or willingness to become certified
• Certification in geriatrics/gerontology preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities remain compliant with federal regulations
• Complete clinical reviews as required by federal and state regulation
• Own issue resolution and communicate early warning signs of potential issues
• Drive adoption of Omnicare programs and service offerings
• Use existing customer relationships to promote and drive growth
• Conduct Executive Reviews and other customer meetings as required
• Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Operations, and corporate functions to meet site goals
• Perform Medication Regimen Reviews (MRR) and report findings to facility staff
• Educate facility staff on new programs and conduct required program functions
