Omnicare, now operating as an independent entity after CVS Health sale, seeks a full-time Pharmacist to ensure facility compliance with federal regulations and to perform clinical reviews for long-term care facilities. The role involves driving program adoption, leveraging relationships to grow business, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Required qualifications include a Georgia license and residency in the Macon area.

Qualificações

• Active Georgia pharmacy license in good standing is required.
• Experience in clinical pharmacy practice is preferred but not required.
• Immunization certification or willingness to obtain is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure facilities remain compliant with federal regulations and requirements.
• Complete clinical reviews as required by federal and state regulation.
• Own issue resolution and communicate early warning signs of issues.
• Drive adoption of Omnicare programs and service offerings.
• Use existing customer relationships to promote organic growth and new business.
• Conduct Executive Reviews and other customer meetings as required.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Operations, and corporate functions to meet site goals.
• Perform Medication Regimen Reviews and document reports for facility staff.
