Job summary

Omnicare seeks a licensed pharmacist to support long-term care facilities with regulatory compliance and clinical reviews. You will perform MRRs, document findings, and drive adoption of Omnicare programs to promote growth.

The role requires a Georgia license, with preferred qualifications including LTC experience, geriatrics certification, and immunization credentials. This is a full-time position based in the Macon, GA area.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy license in good standing in Georgia (required).
• Immunization certification or willingness to become immunization certified (preferred).
• Experience in long-term care pharmacy (preferred).
• Certification in geriatrics/gerontology (preferred).
• Bachelor or Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities remain compliant with federal regulations.
• Perform Medication Regimen Reviews (MRR) as required and document reports.
• Drive adoption of Omnicare programs and services to promote growth.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Operations, and corporate functions.
• Educate facility staff on new programs and requirements.
